Strongman Returns
This very session was completed on April 16th 2018. Such a great test across the board in so many ways.

As I mentioned last time, when testing in this format we want to focus on the "minimum effective dose" if you like. If you head into this particular workout trying to squeeze in as many efforts on each movement as possible it will have a direct negative effect on your capacity to "go big"

20m max load prowler push

*20m effort must be "unbroken"

*Maximum of 5 attempts ( Start at reasonably challenging load )
Farmer’s Carry (Weight)
*12 Minute cap
*15m effort must be " Unbroken "
*Boys handles = 70kg total
*Girls Handles = 50kg total
*Maximum of 5 attempts
Front Rack lunge – Walking (Weight)
15m Walking Front rack lunge

*12 Minute cap
*15m effort must be "Unbroken"
*Boys use 20kg BB / Girls 15kg BB
*Maximum of 4 Attempts
