Our CrossFit classes consist of constantly varied, functional movements performed at relative high intensity. Each WOD (Workout of the Day) is an hour long and consists of four essential components: The Warm-up, Strength Work, Metabolic Conditioning and the Cool Down.
In need of a little extra assistance on a certain lift or movement? Not to worry, our coaches are all available for private sessions outside of class hours. A dedicated hour spent on a skill or move ment with a coach could provide the missing link to whatever it is you are searching for.

FIFO worker, no worries. We have you covered! We don’t believe in paying for a membership that you can’t use, so, you wont. We simply adjust your fortnightly payment around your FIFO roster, for example: If you work 2/2, we only charge you 50% of a full time member. Easy!
KIDS AND TEENS
Each kids or teens class is specifically programmed for the age group, and develops speed, agility, coordination, balance, mobility and strength. Kids and teens classes can look very different, but the fundamental approach remains the same, a strong focus on technique and fun. Our classes start from age 4 years and up.
