Our group classes are the “Meat and Potatoes” of our program. Each day the workout is different, meaning you will continuously be presented with new challenges and a fresh serving of motivation. The focus is on functionality of movement which is performed at an intensity that is relative to the individuals current capabilities.

INDIVIDUAL DESIGN (ID)

Individual Design ( ID ) is an elegant process in which a customized training and lifestyle plan is formulated based on the clients goals, priorities, current ability and assessment noticings.

The individualization ensures the progressive program design prescription allows for the client to reach their maximum physical potential via a vehicle that is purely specific to them, every day.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Olympic Weightlifting WOD, designed to get you lifting and improving strength and power, in relation to the sport of Olympic Lifting. Complete beginners are very welcome, Olympic Lifting is a fun and absorbing sport that will challenge you both physically and mentally.

CROSSFIT KIDS AND TEENS

CrossFit Kids is a program specifically designed for the developmental needs of children from as young as 4 through to teens. Through games and workouts your children will develop agility, coordination, balance, speed, flexibility and strength.
