In Teams of 3 for total calories:
This workout is set as a 30 minute EMOM.
Each team member will perform 1 effort every 3 minutes with the "work"effort decreasing by 10 seconds each effort.
50 Seconds on / 10 Seconds off x 3
40 Seconds on / 20 Seconds off x 3
30 Seconds on / 30 Seconds off x 3
20 Seconds on / 40 Seconds off x 3
10 Seconds on / 50 Seconds off x 3
Once one full cycle is complete, start again at the top 🙂
