Back Squat (Weight)
Every 3 Minutes x 5 Sets

Heavy 3 – ( 85-90%1RM )

1×3 @ 50%
1×3 @ 60%
1×3 @ 70%
1×3 @ 80%
1×3 @ 85-90%/ new 3RM

*Have a spotter or 2 ready
