10 x KB Russian Swings
B) 3 Sets of :

Shoulder Press (Weight)
Every 2.30 x 5 Sets
Set 1 : 5 Reps @ 55 %
Set 2 : 5 Reps @ 65 %
Set 3/4/5 : 5 Reps @ 70-75 % 1 RM
*After each set , perform
