Round for Round with buddy
Set 1 : 5 Reps @ 50 %
Set 2 : 3 Reps @ 65 %
Set 3 : 2 Reps @ 75 %
Set 4/5/6/7/8 : 2 Reps @ 85-87 % 1RM ( Go by Feel )
TEMPO : 3-X-1-1!
