5 x Snatch Balance

*Speed focus
*Work to best depth
* No Misses

Power Snatch (Weight)
12 Minute Open Cap:

1 x Power Snatch
1 x Hang Power Snatch
1 x Overhead squat ( If no squat – 2 x HPS )

*Build to max for complex
REST 90 Seconds per set

Front Squat (Weight)
Every 2.15 x 6 Sets:

Set 1 : 3 Reps @ 50 %
Set 2 : 3 Reps @ 60 %
Set 3 : 3 Reps @ 70 %
Set 4 / 5 / 6 : 3 Reps @ 75-80 % ( Go by feel )
