40m x Dumbell Front Rack Walking Lunge – 20m Each 22.5/15kg Per hand
30 x Deadball Cleans – 15reps each shared as pleased 55/35kg or less
20m Deadball Carry – Each 55/35kg or less

All equip set up on Astro, perform carries / walks across gym and back

RX PLUS 65/45kg ball
