Chamber Fitness 6 Part Series Workshop

This will be a 6 week progressive program focusing on developing mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance in the Pull up, Push Up, Dip , Muscle Up and Core. Gymnastics takes quality time spent in a range of positions to get better and progress. So progress and have a heap of fun acquiring new skills we shall!

There are no prerequisites to attend. Absolutely everyone will be able to experience the benefits of spending a progressive amount of time in the positions that lead to gymnasty development, so don’t be shy now!

The classes will be capped at 12 so we can really hone in on each individual that joins us for the series.

Sign up cut off date is Friday September 4th, so be sure to get a wriggle on if you want to dominate the gymnastics space. Looking forward to it crew!
